The Federal Signal Hazardous Location Telephone has been designed for use in the most demanding industrial environments. 

The FT200YX is designed for Class I, Division 2, Groups B, C and D; Class II, Division 2, Groups F and G; and Class III.  The telephone is also approved for use in European Zone 2 locations;  II3 G Eex nA C L II T4.  The housing is dust and watertight and approved for Type 4X, IP66 applications.

The attractive black and yellow telelphone housing is constructed of impact-resistant and shockproof polycarbonate.  Damage caused by exposure to acids, alkalis and lubricants is minimized.  Exposed hardware is constructed of high grade stainless steel. 

In hazardous environments where safety is a priority, the Federal Signal Hazardous Location Telephone is ideal.  The highly visible housing and oversided buttons assist the user in finding and using the telephone when needed.  Refineries, textile plants, offshore drilling platforms and other hazardous industrial environments are all potential locations for this telephone.
